Oreo Cheesecake Dessert

• 1 lb Oreo Double Stuff cookies
• 14 cup butter
• 2 lbs cream cheese
• 12 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 12 ounces Cool Whip

1. Remove 15 of the cookies and crush them coarsely, then mix with 1/2 stick melted butter.
2. Press into the sides of a 13 x 9 dish.
3. Crush the remaining cookies .
4. Whip together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
5. Stir in the remaining crushed cookies.
6. Fold in the cool whip.
7. refrigerate until served.
