Pasta Bolognese
- 1 lb ground beef
- 14 cup chopped onion
- 14 cup chopped carrot
- 14 cup chopped celery
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 12 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
- 18 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 14 cup dry red wine
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 12 ounces spaghetti, kept warm
- Cook ground beef, crumbling with a fork.
- Combine ground beef and all remaining ingredients, except spaghetti in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
- Serve sauce over spaghetti.
