Rosemary garlic squash
- 1 lb yellow squash-thinly sliced
- 1/2 tbsp dried rosemary seasoning
- 2 clove garlic-minced
- pinch kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 stick butter
- Cut squash thinly in circles as much as possible.
- Use either a saute or Dutch oven pan.
- Place on stovetop and set to medium high heat, melt butter; add garlic and rosemary.
- Mix and stir so the garlic will not burn; add the yellow squash.
- Stir in ingredients; then add salt and pepper, continue to blend all ingredients.
- Then turn down heat to lowest setting.
- Simmer up to 15 minutes.
