Rosemary garlic squash

  1. Cut squash thinly in circles as much as possible.
  2. Use either a saute or Dutch oven pan.
  3. Place on stovetop and set to medium high heat, melt butter; add garlic and rosemary.
  4. Mix and stir so the garlic will not burn; add the yellow squash.
  5. Stir in ingredients; then add salt and pepper, continue to blend all ingredients.
  6. Then turn down heat to lowest setting.
  7. Simmer up to 15 minutes.
