South African Chutney Recipe

  1. Soak apricots overnight.
  2. Boil till soft.
  3. Boil onions till tender, chop.
  4. Mince raisins.
  5. Mix all together and boil 30 min, stirring constantly.
  6. Yield 2 qts.
