Easy Carrot Cake with Pancake Mix

• 200 grams Pancake mix
• 150 grams Carrot
• 2 Eggs
• 100 grams Sugar
• 100 ml Vegetable oil (or unsalted butter)
• 50 grams Raisins

1. Beat the eggs in a bowl, and add the grated carrot, sugar, vegetable oil (or melted butter), and pancake mix.
2. Once mixed well, add the raisins.
3. Line the pan with parchment paper, and pour in the batter.
4. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180C.
5. Done.
6. This was made in a 18 cm diameter circular pan.
