Tortelloni With Mushroom Sauce
- 6 -8 cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 14 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 ounces alfredo sauce
- salt and pepper
- 13 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 (16 ounce) package tortellini, frozen (it's really tortelloni)
- Saute mushrooms and garlic in a little olive oil.
- Add white wine, parsley, alfredo sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook tortelloni according to package directions.
- Drain well and add to heated sauce.
- Toss lightly and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
- Serve with tossed salad and garlic bread.
