Tortelloni With Mushroom Sauce

  1. Saute mushrooms and garlic in a little olive oil.
  2. Add white wine, parsley, alfredo sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook tortelloni according to package directions.
  4. Drain well and add to heated sauce.
  5. Toss lightly and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve with tossed salad and garlic bread.
