Savoury Cheddar Scones

  1. COMBINE flour and baking powder in large bowl; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. ADD eggs and cream; mix just until moistened.
  3. Stir in cheese.
  4. ROLL out dough to 3/4-inch thickness on lightly floured surface.
  5. Cut with floured 2-inch cutter.
  6. Place on baking sheet.
  7. BAKE at 425F for 20 min.
  8. or until lightly browned.
