Savoury Cheddar Scones
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 2 cups grated Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese
- COMBINE flour and baking powder in large bowl; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- ADD eggs and cream; mix just until moistened.
- Stir in cheese.
- ROLL out dough to 3/4-inch thickness on lightly floured surface.
- Cut with floured 2-inch cutter.
- Place on baking sheet.
- BAKE at 425F for 20 min.
- or until lightly browned.
