Lina's Lumpia

  1. Mix all ingredients adding one egg at a time until the consistency of meatloaf.
  2. Using wonton wrappers of your choice, place a small amount of the meat on the wrapper and roll per instructions with the wrappers.
  3. Fry in hot oil until done, golden brown.
  4. Variation - you may add water chestnuts, celery or soy sauce to the meat mixture if you choose.
