White Chocolate Kissed Peanut Butter Balls

  1. On the stove top, in a pot on medium low heat, melt the peanut butter until becomes thin and runny.
  2. Add in the oats, cocoa powder, and almonds.
  3. Combine all ingredients well.
  4. Place in the fridge to cool until set.
  5. Once cool, roll the peanut butter mix into small balls and place on parchment paper.
  6. Once the balls are formed, melt the white chocolate on the stove top on low heat.
  7. Drizzle on top of the peanut butter balls.
  8. Return to the fridge to let the chocolate set.
  9. Once set, indulge as you like!
