White Chocolate Kissed Peanut Butter Balls
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cups Sliced Almonds
- 1 bar (about 4 Oz. Bar) White Chocolate
- On the stove top, in a pot on medium low heat, melt the peanut butter until becomes thin and runny.
- Add in the oats, cocoa powder, and almonds.
- Combine all ingredients well.
- Place in the fridge to cool until set.
- Once cool, roll the peanut butter mix into small balls and place on parchment paper.
- Once the balls are formed, melt the white chocolate on the stove top on low heat.
- Drizzle on top of the peanut butter balls.
- Return to the fridge to let the chocolate set.
- Once set, indulge as you like!
