Yam Casserole (Shelly's)

  1. Warm yams in small pan and use mixer to puree them.
  2. Fold in all other ingredients and put it in a 2 1/2 qt casserole dish.
  3. Prepare topping: Mix sugar and flour; pour butter.
  4. Beat with mixer until well coated.
  5. Fold pecans inches.
  6. Sprinkle topping evenly over casserole.
  7. Put dish in 350 F oven and bake for 25 minutes.
