Easy, Fresh, Authentic Pico de Gallo
- 3 Medium Sized Tomatoes
- 1 Large White Onion
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper
- 3 cloves Fresh Garlic
- 1/2 bunches Cilantro
- 4 stalks Green Onion
- 1 Lime, Juiced
- Salt To Taste
- Dice tomatoes, onion, and jalapeno into small pieces.
- Mince garlic and cilantro.
- Slice green onion.
- Add all together to a medium-sized bowl.
- To get the most juice out of your lime, roll it on the counter, and if needed, stick it in the microwave for about 15 seconds to help get the juices flowing.
- Use lime squeezer to get the juices out, if available.
- Taste and add salt if needed.
- Sneak in some taste test bites.
- For best flavor, set in the fridge overnight.
- Trust me, it will all be gone when served!
