Orange Buttercream Squares
- 1 cup (about 20) finely crushed chocolate wafer cookies
- 1/3 cup Land O Lakes Butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon Land O Lakes Butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
- Line 8-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil, extending foil over edges.
- Combine all crust ingredients in medium bowl.
- Press mixture onto bottom of prepared pan.
- Cover; refrigerate until firm (1 hour).
- Combine all filling ingredients in small bowl.
- Beat at medium speed until creamy.
- Spread filling mixture over crust.
- Combine all glaze ingredients in small bowl; drizzle over filling.
- Refrigerate until firm (1 to 2 hours).
- Remove bars from pan using foil ends.
- Cut into bars.
- Store, covered, in refrigerator.
