Blackberry Cream Shake Recipe
- 1 c. Cool skim lowfat milk
- 1 pkt (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Blackberry Flavor Sugar-Free Gelatin
- 1 c. Vanilla ice lowfat milk *
- 1 c. Crushed ice
- 1/2 c. Blackberries
- * Recipe calls for ice lowfat milk but diabetics would be better served to use a SF frzn dairy dessert instead.
- Pour lowfat milk into blender container.
- Add in remaining ingredients; cover.
- Blend at high speed 30 seconds or possibly till smooth.
- Makes 3 1/2cups or possibly 3 servings.
