Quick and Easy Italian Chicken and Rice
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 cups minute success rice
- 10 ounces frozen chopped onions
- 10 ounces frozen bell peppers
- 10 ounces frozen corn in butter sauce
- salt and pepper
- 14 cup Italian dressing
- Throw chicken, peppers, onions, and corn into frying pan and cook until chicken is done.
- Boil rice according to directions.
- The 10-minute rice should be done by the time the chicken and vegetables finish cooking.
- Add rice, dressing and seasoning to frying pan.
- Simmer about 3-5 minutes and serve.
