Buttermilk Bread In Abm Recipe

  1. Layer ingredients in your ABM, wet first, then dry, ending with yeast.
  2. Use light or possibly medium setting.
  3. NOTES : I did this recipe 2 ways, the way it is entered and then a second time using 1 c. real buttermilk for the powdered buttermilk and water.
  4. I really prefer the real buttermilk - there is a definite taste difference for the better.
  5. This rises really high!
  6. Might try cutting the yeast back just a bit...
