Spicy Baby Potato Bites

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Cook potatoes in boiling water 15 min.
  3. or until tender; drain.
  4. Cool slightly.
  5. Cut potatoes in half; scoop out centers into medium bowl with melon baller, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells.
  6. Mash potatoes until smooth.
  7. Add cream cheese spread, cheddar and tomatoes; mix well.
  8. Spoon into potato shells; place on rimmed baking sheet.
  9. Bake 10 to 12 min.
  10. or until heated through.
  11. Sprinkle with cilantro.
