Lemon Meringue Martini

• 4 small yellow or white meringues
• 4 shots limoncello liqueur, plus 1 shot for riming glasses
• 4 shots vanilla vodka (recommended: Smirnoff)
• 1/2 cup lemonade

1. In a plastic food storage bag, crush the meringues with a rolling pin or your hands.
2. Put the crumbs onto a plate and pour some water onto another plate.
3. Put a shot of the limoncello in a small plate.
4. Dip the rim of a martini glass into the limoncello, shaking off any excess, then into the meringue crumbs.
5. Repeat with 3 more glasses and set aside while you make the drink.
6. In a pitcher filled with ice, pour in the 4 shots of limoncello, the vodka and the lemonade and stir.
7. Strain the drink evenly into the 4 prepared glasses and serve.
