Pita Mexican Supremes

  1. Spray pita breads on both sides with non-stick cooking spray and place on a cookie sheet.
  2. Mix bean dip and salsa to create a sauce and spread on pita pockets.
  3. Add half of the cheese, then the vegetables and meat (if using).
  4. Top with remining cheese and spray with cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees until hot and bubbly.
