Healthy Caesar Dressing

  1. combine first 8 ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  2. Process until very smooth.
  3. Add lemon juice and blend.
  4. Add water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
  5. Drizzle (sparingly, a little goes a long way) over washed and ripped romaine and add freshly toasted croutons.
  6. YUM!
