Barbecued Cobb Chicken Salad Recipe
- 4 x Barbecued chicken breasts sliced (breasts barbecued with)
- 1 x New Mexico Style Barbecue Sauce see * Note
- 2 x Haas avocados coarsely minced
- 2 x Tomatoes seeded, coarsely dic
- 6 ounce Good quality blue cheese
- 6 ounce Cayenne Buttermilk Dressing see * Note Minced Romaine lettuce Salt to taste Freshly grnd black pepper to taste
- Toss romaine lettuce in Cayenne Buttermilk Dressing, season with salt and freshly grnd pepper.
- Top with chicken, avocado, tomatoes, and blue cheese.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
