Biscota Vanilias Me Amigdala (Vanilla/Almond Biscuits) Recipe
- 3 c. Flour
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Almonds, finely minced
- 1/2 c. Hot lowfat milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- Sift the flour with baking pwdr.
- Cream butter in a bowl till very light.
- In separate bowl, beat Large eggs with sugar unti thick and light and add in to the butter.
- Add in almonds and flour, and mix well.
- Blend in the lowfat milk and vanilla, and knead to make a fairly stiff dough.
- Healthy pinch off small pieces.
- of the dough and shape them between the palms of your hands into flat rounds.
- Place on a buttered sheet and bake in preheated 300 F. oven for abt.
- 15 minutes.
- Cold and serve.
