White Chocolate Lava / Eggless
- 150 grams white toblerone chocolate
- 50 grams butter
- 2 tbsp self raising flour or plain flour
- 1 tbsp silky tofu (egg substitute )
- 1 tbsp almond bits or slice
- 1 tbsp almond slice and grated white toblerone chocolate
- butter and flour ramekin
- melt white chocolate and butter with flour then add silky tofu and almond mix well till smooth then pour into the ramekin and bake
- baked at 220 C / 440AF for 12 to 15 minute , cover with foil after 5 minute if the top is browning too quickly
- let it cool minimum 3 to 5 minute then serve top grated white chocolate and almond slice
