Ala Stuffing (Cracked Wheat Bulgur) Recipe

  1. Heat butter in large skillet; add in vegetables and Ala. Stir constantly till vegetables are tender and Ala is golden brown.
  2. Add in seasonings, bouillon and water; cover and bring to boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer 15 min.
  4. Stuff poultry or possibly chops just before cooking.
  5. Allow 2/3 c. stuffing per lb.
  6. of poultry.
  7. Yield: "6 c."
