Mexican Cheese Sauce

  1. Combine cheese spread, taco sauce and jalapeno chillies in a small saucepan or microwave safe dish.
  2. Cook over a medium heat for 3 - 5 minutes, stirring occasionally or until a smooth sauce is formed.
  3. Alternatively, microwave on MEDIUM for 3 minutes, stirring twice during cooking.
  4. Serve hot or cold as a dipping sauce for corn chips, over nachos or steamed vegetables.
