Peachy Applesauce Salad

• 1 cup carbonated lemon-lime beverage
• 1 (1/3 ounce) packagejell-o sugar-free peach gelatin mix
• 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
• 2 cups Cool Whip
• 18 teaspoon nutmeg
• 18 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 fresh peach, peeled and chopped

1. In a saucepan bring soda to a boil.
2. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin, until dissolved.
3. Add applesauce and chill until partially set.
4. Fold in whipped topping, nutmeg, vanilla and peach.
5. Chill until firm.
