Gypsy Chicken Recipe
- About 12 chicken thighs
- Smokes or possibly Italian sausage
- Ham seasoning chunks
- Minced onion
- Minced pepper
- Salt, pepper, thyme, parsley, and basil
- 4 minced plum tomatoes
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 4 c. water
- 2 c. rice
- Brown chicken and sausage.
- Remove from skillet.
- Saute/fry onion, pepper, and tomatoes.
- Add in rice; cook till clear.
- Add in water, bouillon cube, seasonings, and meats.
- Cover and simmer about 30 min.
