Fruit Salsa w/Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips

  1. Chop all fruit, except limes, into bite size pieces and place in a large bowl.
  2. Squeeze lime juice over all the diced fruit.
  3. Preheat oven to 400.
  4. Combine cinnamon and sugar in a shallow dish.
  5. Spray both sides of the tortilla and then dredge in cinnamon sugar mix.
  6. Continue, stacking your tortillas as you go.
  7. This is the easiest way to get a lot done at once.
  8. Cut tortillas into quarters and lay flat on baking sheets.
  9. Bake until golden brown and crispy, usually 6-8 minutes.
  10. Serve with salsa.
  11. Adding a bowl of vanilla yogurt for additional dipping resembles sour cream!
