Southern Cornbread

  1. Sift dry ingredients together.
  2. Add egg and milk; mix well.
  3. Pour into 12x8-inch pan sprayed with a non-stick vegetable coating.
  4. Bake at 425F for 25 minutes.
  5. Cut into 12 squares.
