Gfcf Brown Rice Porridge

  1. Grind rice in a coffee grinder, blender, or magic bullet for 2 FULL minutes.
  2. In a pan, mix together water, coconut milk, and rice powder.
  3. Set on medium and stir constantly until thickened--15-20 minutes.
  4. Serve with favorite toppings.
  5. Freezes well, keeps in the fridge for 1 week.
