Gfcf Brown Rice Porridge
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 (14 fluid ounce) can coconut milk (full-fat)
- 1 14 cups water
- Grind rice in a coffee grinder, blender, or magic bullet for 2 FULL minutes.
- In a pan, mix together water, coconut milk, and rice powder.
- Set on medium and stir constantly until thickened--15-20 minutes.
- Serve with favorite toppings.
- Freezes well, keeps in the fridge for 1 week.
