Healthy Bruschetta-Ish Chicken Sandwich
- 1 tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 12 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup onion
- 2 slices bread
- 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese (optional)
- 34 cup cooked chicken
- Chop tomatoes, onions, and dice garlic.
- Add basil, salt, and balsamic vinegar.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil.
- Add chicken, and mix together.
- Add 1/2 the bruschetta mixture to one slice of bread, and 1/2 on the other slice of bread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Toast in the oven.
- Enjoy!
