Healthy Bruschetta-Ish Chicken Sandwich

  1. Chop tomatoes, onions, and dice garlic.
  2. Add basil, salt, and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Slowly drizzle in olive oil.
  4. Add chicken, and mix together.
  5. Add 1/2 the bruschetta mixture to one slice of bread, and 1/2 on the other slice of bread.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Toast in the oven.
  8. Enjoy!
