Gluten Free Pancakes

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and extract.
  2. Add egg, oil and milk substitute to dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Pour onto a pan or hot griddle.
  4. When bubbles form in the center, flip.
  5. Note: If batter is too think add more water.
  6. Too thin add more flour.
