Swordfish Slices In Wine Sauce Recipe

  1. Saute/fry swordfish and parsley for 3 min on each side in a mix of the butter and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Add in the wine, salt and pepper and cook for an additional three min.
  3. Serve with lemon.
