Vegetable Beef Barley Soup Recipe

  1. In a large pot, brown meat with onion.
  2. Cook till onion is tender; drain.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
  6. Cover and simmer till barley is cooked.
  7. Makes about 8 servings.
