Gluten-Free Coffee Fingers

  1. Measure first 5 ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir.
  2. Add flour and mix well.
  3. Roll 1/2" thick on a lightly floured surface and cut into finngers 1/2"x2".
  4. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 300* oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. When cooled, dip ends into melted chocolate.
  6. Enjoy!
