Tomato Butter Recipe

• 8 lbs. tomatoes, peeled & minced
• 4 lbs. sugar
• 4 lemons

1. Place juice and rind of 1 lemon and a small handful of whole cloves in spice bag.
2. (Remove before putting jell in jars).
3. Cook tomato mix till clear and thick.
4. Place into jars and cover with paraffin.
5. Makes 7 medium jars.
6. Great way to use up the extra tomatoes from the garden.
