Ultra Creamy Cheese Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus German chocolate cake mix
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. softened butter
- 2 (8 ounce.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 4 tbsp. melted butter
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a medium size bowl combine the following: 1 egg, cake mix and 1/2 c. softened butter.
- Mix till crumbly.
- Add in 2 Tbsp.
- of melted butter.
- Mix.
- Pat mix into the bottom of an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan.
- In another medium size bowl, combine the following: cream cheese, 2 Large eggs, 3/4 c. sugar and 2 Tbsp.
- vanilla.
- Mix till smooth.
- Add in 2 Tbsp.
- of melted butter; mix.
- Pour mix over first layer in 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Bake 20-25 min at 325 degrees.
- Cold.
- Top with cherry pie filling.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
