El Capitan
- Ice
- 1 ounce pisco
- 1 ounce Carpano Antica Formula or other sweet vermouth
- 3/4 ounce Cynar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Fernet-Branca (bitter Italian digestif)
- 1 scant teaspoon Creole Shrubb or other orange liqueur
- 1 orange twist, for garnish
- Fill a pint glass with ice.
- Add the pisco, vermouth, Cynar, Fernet-Branca and Creole Shrubb and stir well.
- Strain into a chilled double rocks glass and garnish with the orange twist.
