Winter Greens with Grapefruit Vinaigrette

  1. Whisk grapefruit juice and vinegar in large bowl.
  2. Whisk in oil.
  3. Season vinaigrette to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Add arugula and frisee.
  5. Toss greens to coat with vinaigrette.
  6. Serve immediately.
