Sublime! Strawberry Cream

• 1 pack Strawberries
• 400 ml Heavy cream
• 60 grams Sugar

1. Puree the strawberries in a food processor.
2. Combine the heavy cream and sugar and whip until stiff peaks form.
3. Add the strawberry puree and whip again.
4. When everything is nicely combined, it's done!
5. Fluffy Strawberry Swiss Rolls -.
6. Awesome!
