Aunt Rose's Fried Oven Chicken
- 1 (3 -4 lb) frying chickens
- salt and pepper
- flour
- Cut frying chicken up in pieces.
- Salt and pepper.
- Roll in flour.
- Brown chicken in skillet.
- After browining, put in open roaster at 325 degrees for 1 hour and it comes out really nice.
- If in longer seems to get too crisp.
