Ruby Tuesdays Broccoli salad
- 4 Strips bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Shredded colby jack cheese
- 2 tbsp Red onion diced
- 3/4 cup Mayo
- 1 tbsp Cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 cup Uncooked Broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
- Add broccoli, onion, bacon, and cheese to medium bowl.
- In seperate bowl add mayo, vinegar, and sugar.
- Combine.
- Poor over broccoli mix.
- Stir to combine.
- Refridgerate for 2 or more hours until ready to serve.
