Vulcan's Forge Chili
- 4 lb Ground beef or other meat of choice
- 2 cup Chopped Green Pepper
- 8 tsp Chili powder
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Salt
- 4 large Bay leaves
- 4 can Red kidney beans
- 6 can Tomato paste
- 2 lb Sausage
- 4 can Diced tomatoes with juice
- 4 can Tomato sauce
- 2 box Fresh sliced mushrooms (200g boxes)
- 1 Bottle chili sauce
- 4 each Chilis, haberneros, jalapenos; chopped
- Brown ground beef in pan; drain
- Slice sausage into thickness of you're choice, brown in pan then move to oven at 200c for 10 to 15 minutes
- Place all ingredients in chili pot or slow cooker.
- Choose heat setting according to when you wish meal to be ready, on high heat approximately 4 hours
