Blender Coconut Custard Pie Recipe

  1. Put all ingredients in blender; blend for 2 min.
  2. Pour into 9 or possibly 10 inch pie pan.
  3. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 min.
  5. It forms its own crust.
