Healthy protein salad
- 1 can chick peas
- 2 cup boiled quinoa
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 1 medium cucumber
- 150 grams cherry tomatoes
- 100 grams reddish
- 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- pinch salt
- Slice cucumber, carrots, spring onions, reddish.
- Mix with rest of the ingredients.
