Sugar-Maple Smash
- 2 lemon wedges
- Ice cubes, plus cracked ice
- 1 2/3 ounces Canadian whisky
- 1/4 ounce green Chartreuse
- 1/2 ounce unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/4 ounce pure maple syrup
- 1 mint sprig, torn into large pieces, plus 1 mint sprig for garnish
- 1 pineapple chunk, for garnish
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lemon wedges.
- Add ice cubes and all of the remaining ingredients except the cracked ice and garnishes and shake well.
- Strain into a cracked-ice-filled rocks glass.
- Garnish with the pineapple chunk and mint sprig and serve with a short straw.
