Sugar-Maple Smash

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lemon wedges.
  2. Add ice cubes and all of the remaining ingredients except the cracked ice and garnishes and shake well.
  3. Strain into a cracked-ice-filled rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with the pineapple chunk and mint sprig and serve with a short straw.
