Crock Pot Beef and Beer Casserole

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet and cook meat on all sides until brown.
  2. Lower heat and add flour to skillet.
  3. Cook 2 minutes stirring often.
  4. Gradually add broth, beer, and water and bring to a boil.
  5. Transfer mixture to crock pot and add remaining ingredients.
  6. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or high 4 to 6 hours.
