Turkey Vegetable Meatloaf
- 1 pound Lean Ground Turkey
- 1/2 cups Yellow Onion, Diced
- 1/2 cups Zucchini, Shredded
- 1/2 cups Carrots, Shredded
- 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 package (1.4 Oz. Size) Knorr Vegetable Mix, In The Dip Packet Aisle
- 3/4 cups Salsa
- 3 whole Egg Whites
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients with your hands.
- Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and gently press down until it is even.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until the juices run clear.
