Bobby's Fried Chicken Recipe
- 4 c. Vegetable oil
- 4 c. All-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Freshly grnd pepper
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 4 lrg Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Salt and freshly grnd black pepper, to taste
- 4 x Chicken legs, with skin
- 4 x Chicken breasts, with skin
- How to Prepare:1.
- Place the oil in a large saucepan and heat to 375 F on a deep-frying thermometer.
- 2.
- Combine the flour, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper and divide between 2 large bowls.
- 3.
- Place the Large eggs and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper and beat till frothy.
- 4.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- 5.
- Line the bowls up: flour, egg, flour.
- 6.
- Dredge the chicken in the first bowl of flour, shaking off any excess.
- 7.
- Next dip the floured chicken into the egg, shaking of any excess, then dip in the second bowl of flour, once again shaking off any excess.
- 8.
- Fry the chicken till golden, approximately 7-8 min per side.
- Drain on paper towels.
