Baked Macaroni & Cheese with Lobster & Buttery Crumbs

  1. For each serving: Heat 1 pouch Macaroni & Cheese as directed on package; place in medium bowl.
  2. Add 4 oz.
  3. lobster, 1-1/4 oz.
  4. shredded cheese and 1/8 tsp.
  5. truffle oil; mix lightly.
  6. Spoon into buttered ovenproof gratin dish.
  7. Mix 3 Tbsp.
  8. cracker crumbs, 2 Tbsp.
  9. bread crumbs and 1 Tbsp.
  10. butter; sprinkle over macaroni and cheese mixture.
  11. Bake in 325 degrees F convection oven 10 to 12 min.
  12. or until macaroni mixture is heated through and crumb topping is golden brown.
