Boneless Chicken Italian Recipe
- 4-6 boneless chicken breast
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 pkg. mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- Bread crumbs
- Mushrooms, optional
- Oil for frying pan
- Dip chicken in egg and then roll in bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in pan and cook chicken 5 min on each side.
- Spread 1/2 jar of spaghetti sauce in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Then place chicken in pan and top with mushrooms or possibly other toppings (as desired).
- Spread remaining spaghetti sauce on chicken and top with grated mozzarella cheese.
- Bake 425 degrees at 15 min.
